The Good Land Island is a long-term photographic project on the small island of Landegode, located above the Arctic Circle in Norway.
The island is home to about 40 people, and its residents live as a tight-knit community, each with a specific role: the fisherman, the postman, the waste manager, the employees of the local supermarket, and so on.
In 2022, the local school closed due to the declining number of children on the island. Landegode faces an aging population and rural exodus, but its inhabitants are determined to stay and preserve the island's legacy.
